In recent years walking has become a passion and an aid to serenity and health. What a joy and privilege to have crossed the Pyrenees from France into Spain and hiked the heights of O Cebreiro in Spain, trekked the great Milford Track in NZ and the glorious Lakes District in Cumbria.
